I LOVE THIS MOVIE! It has to be up there in my favourite movies of all time. It is set in England and tells the story of a young man who can travel back in time. The cinematography is excellent, as is the music, storyline and acting. My favourite character is the protagonists Dad (Bill Nighy). He is a charming man, who spends his days reading books and playing table tennis. I also love the relationship between the protagonist (Tim) and his wife (Mary). There is not a single part about the movie that I would change, however, I have to admit that there are parts where I absolutely ball my eyes out. It is a funny, sad, inspiring, feel-good movie. It also teaches a very important life lesson (however, you will have to watch it till the end to find out.) All in all, I could not recommend this movie more, I love everything about it (especially the English accents).

The other day I watched the movie ‘about time’. It is a movie about a man who can travel back in time to relive certain moments in his life. He uses this ability to go back and re-do certain event to make them better in hope that he will find a girlfriend. Rachel McAdams is on of the main characters and she is always an excellent actress to watch in movies. Her character has a cute personality and makes the movies cheerful. It was quite and enjoyable watch. I would recommend it if you like romance movies.

My sister recommended I watch this movie and I am so very grateful that she did so because this movie was incredible! It really made me think about how precious life really is and that you shouldn’t take it for granted. The scene when Tim goes back for the last time to see his father is extremely depressing but really shows how lucky we are to have these people in our lives and how we should spend as much time as possible with them because they won’t be around forever. I like how he’s given this particular power because to me it really suits his intelligent but humourous character and gives us deeper understanding of his personality as there isn’t much character development at the start but slowly you find out more about him. He reminds mystery which I think I like most about his character. His dad is my favourite character because of his witty but serious personality, always making the sly comment “You can’t kill Hitler or shag Helen of Troy”. I’m in love with the love story too as it’s just so adorable and real. I rate this movie 10/10 and recommend it to anyone who loves adventure/romance movies as this movie is a brilliant mix of the two.

I enjoyed every minute of About Time! I loved how it wasn’t the same as every other chick flick. The feel-good film wasn’t at all predictable, and at no point in the movie was I bored. I immediately fell in love with the main character Tim, who is such a beautiful character who wants nothing but love and ultimate happiness in life. The film has such a beautiful message in which it tells it’s audience to make the most of each and everyday and to live life to the fullest. And Mary (the love interest in the film), played by Rachel McAdams is just such a sweet loveable character who is hard not to like! I’d recommend this film to anyone above the age of 12, as it’s not your usual soppy, predictable, romantic comedy, it has a bit of a twist. I guarantee that you’ll both laugh and cry and walk away thinking a bit about how you’ll approach tomorrow. I rate this movie a 9/10.

About Time is one of my all time favourite movies!!!! It is a beautiful romance that gets you sucked in from the very start. When I watched it I fell in love with all of the characters from the very start and I especially loved Rachel McAdams in this movie because she was a very kind and sweet women. I also loved Tim, her partner, he played his role very well and they were a very cute couple. The ending was very sad but beautiful, that made the movie. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone and everyone!!! I rate About Time a 10/10!!!!!!!

This film has the perfect amount of romance, humour, emotion and fantasy. It’s my number 1. I love all the characters, especially the grandpa and I really enjoy Rachel Mcadams. I like this because it’s not a typical romcom and can be enjoyed by everyone. The ending is really satisfying and you come away with a message too. It’s unpredictable and enjoyable. Perfect for a rainy day and I always feel like watching it. I would get the tissues though. I would rate the film a 10/10 and recommend it to 13 up.

About Time is a fantastic comedy family movie that just leaves you wanting more. You can’t help but feel the character’s emotions whether it be happy or sad, in love or jealous. This movie is a bout a young man called Tim who finds out from his father that all the men in his family can time travel. He used this new found skill to find love although of course it doesn’t come without complications. He eventually finds love, starts a new family, encounters many problems along the way and watch his life change around him. I loved this movie and recommend it to viewers probably 12+. This is such an amazing film that you can’t just stop at watching it once.

This is my all time favourite movie. It highlights what’s important in life, and shows us the highs and lows of the obstacles along the way. It’s a movie that demonstrates that no matter how much time someone has, nothing can last forever, so making memories, and enjoying while we can, is important. If you’re looking for a charming, funny, and romantic movie, this is the one for you, and I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. ✭✭✭✭✭

About Time is an awesome movie, with such an amazing story line. its about a man and every time he goes into his closet he goes back in time. He also really is into this lady and he gets really nervous to go out with her, and anyway its really exciting because theres times where he has a child then goes into his closet then comes back out and he sees his child and its not even his! this movie is really funny. I would rate this movie 9/10. You should really watch this movie.

I recommend the movie About Time directed and written by Richard Curtis. I loved this movie because it was the classic love story with a massive twist which made it even better. My favourite part of the movie is when Tim first meets Mary and he knows from the second he sees her that they are going to fall in love. My least favourite part of the movie is when you think that everything is going to turn bad and that Tim is going to lose the thing that matters most to him in life. I I definetly recommend this movie to other people because it is just one of those movies that warm you up when you watch it and allow you to totally get immersed into the story line. It also keeps you on the edge of your seat many times throughout the film and keeps you guessing. I rate this movie a 10/10 because I just loved it so much!!!! Definetly go rent it out because it is a must see for people of all ages!

I recommend the best movie in the world ‘About time.’ It is about Tim Lake, a young man from Cornwall, England. He grows up in a beach house with his father, his mother, his uncle, and his free-spirited sister, Kit Kat. At the age of 21, Tim is told by his father that the men of his family have a special gift: the ability to travel in time. After his father discourages Tim to use his gift to acquire money or fame, he decides that he will use it to improve his love life. In doing so Tim is able to fix his mistakes by traveling back in time. I loved everything about this movie because it was so cleverly made. It is full of romance, adventure and action, and I would definitely recommend it to those aged 12+. I absolutely adored this movie and could watch it over and over again. 🙂

I really enjoyed this film because it was quite original and very raw. At the beginning I hated how the camera was held still and kept wobbling but by the end of the movie I realised that it just added to the rawness of the movie. My favourite part of the film was the wedding. It was held on a terrible rainy and windy day. Tim asked Mary if she would change the day if she could and she replied that she wouldn’t because it was perfect. My favourite character was Tim as he was very awkward and funny. He made me laugh in almost all of the scenes he was in. I didn’t have a least favourite part of the movie because it all was really good. (*SPOILER ALERT* If I could change one thing in the movie it would be that the dad doesn’t die.) I would definitely recommend this movie to others because it is romantic but also very funny. (although not a typical rom com). I would recommend this movie to girls over the age of 12. Great movie – 9/10!!!

This is a film that is great to watch with family or a group of friends as it is a romantic comedy that leaves you wanting more. You can’t help but fall in love with the characters, feeling empathy for them when they need it most and getting waves of excitement when luck turns their way. Once again, the cast that feature in this movie are spectacular. This film about how a man who is told he can time travel, uses his new found skill to find love. As you can imagine, time travel does not come without complications. Viewers watch on whilst he finds love, starts a family but also watches his life shift to unsteady ground. I would recommend this film to anyone and everyone over about ten years of age as I believe that it could be most thoroughly enjoyed by people of ten years and above. This is such an extraordinary film that you can not help but want to watch over and over.
