Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is definitely a movie that never gets old, and is one I could watch over and over again! It is about a young boy named Charlie who lives in poverty but manages to win a golden ticket from a Wonka bar, and along with 4 other (much richer) children from around the world gets to travel to Willy Wonka’s factory and meet him. My favourite part is when he wins the golden ticket at the start, because the genuine joy in his face at winning is evident so much more than the other children and you can tell he is truly happy about it, which makes you love his character even more. My favourite character is also Charlie because he is so innocent and doesn’t let temptation or gluttony get to him as easily as it could have while going through the factory, and is enjoying the experience for what it is. I don’t have a least favourite part, because I love how all the scenes fit together to get the message across that honesty and respect will get you further in life than money or riches will. I recommend this movie to anyone who wants a movie that will pull at your heartstrings and make you laugh at the same time, or anyone who is a fan of the book!

I like this movie because it make me laugh. It makes you think what life is like back then. And as soon as Charlie finds a golden ticket they get a trip to the chocolate factory where a wild adventure takes hold. Five kids from across the globe get the chance to see the wonders in Wonka’s chocolate factory.
I recommend this movie to anyone who wants a laugh and surprises along the way! I rate it a 8/10

I recommend this movie because it is so inspiring and enjoyable. I like how it is all set out and how the scenes are set and the actors. It could be improved a lot more and I really enjoyed it, I recommend this movie to ages 7+ and I rate it 5.5/10.

I feel so hungry watching this movie, all the sweets, chocolate, mountains of sugar! Yummm…
I love how the movie follows the story of a little boy Charlie (played by Freddie Highmore) and his poor life. He lives in an old shack that has holes in the roof, and barely any space for his 4 grandparents plus his mum & dad. Charlie loves the scrumdiddlyumptious Wonka bars. When he is fortunate enough to get a penny or dollar, he uses it and buys a Wonka bar from the local sweet shop. He goes home then shares it with his family. Especially with his Grandpa Joe. Charlie is kind and he would give anything for his family to have a better life. He almost gives up his opportunity of seeing the Chocolate factory because he wanted to stay and he could get money for his family by selling the ticket to a high bidder.
I love how this movie is about how only the people who can follow the rules and are not greedy, get to have the best things in life. Even though this movie is not the original, it has a cooky, modern and cartoon twist to it. I would recommend this to anyone that loves a feel good family movie. But don’t watch it when your hungry or else you’ll be wanting sweets and lollies!

I really liked Charlie and thew chocolate factory. It Is such a good movie because I thought It was really funny but sparked a lot of imagination. My favourite part of the movie would have to be when they go into the chocolate factory and Augustus gets sucked up the tube, I think that the umps loom pas song was so funny. The umps lumps were my favourite character and brought so much humour to the movie. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone of any age.

I love Charlie in the chocolate factory it is one of my favourite child hood movies, I used to watch it all the time. It always makes me Hungary when i watch it because of all the sweets. There is a really good story line in it. Charlie is my favourite character because he is sweet, a bit cheeky and funny. My favourite part was when the umpa loompas came out and started sing it was really funny. I think any age can watch this. I rate it a 9/10

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is such a great film and I love it. my favourite part of the film is when they get to go into the factory and see the room where everything is made out of chocolate. I wish that got to go there and eat all of the chocolate!! I would rate this movie an 8/10

Based on the loved Roald Dahl tale, this fantastic film follows young Charlie Bucket and his Grandpa Joe as they join a small group of contest winners who get to tour the magical and mysterious factory of strange candy maker Willy Wonka. I thought that this was such an amazing movie, I actually preferred it over the original. I thought that this movie was so adorable and I really enjoyed the storyline. i thought that Willy Wonka’s (Johnny Depp) humour was quite hilarious and I think this is a movie that is defiantly worth watching. I give this movie a 9 out of 10.

I loved this movie, I thought that the storyline was fantastic and the characters were just like in the books. I actually loved this one more than the original movie. I would give this movie and 7 out of 10 and I would recommend this movie to anyone who loves Roald Dahl.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a great movie, I like all the inventions Willy Wonka comes up with are cool. The children who find the golden tickets are spoiled except Charlie Bucket. Charlie you have to admit was pretty lucky to have won the last ticket. Charlie is a lovely boy who cares about his family including all his grandparents. Willy Wonka’s Factory is full of magic starting with the Oompa Loompa, who are small creature, the songs and the dances they do are really cute. When Charlie is the last one standing in the factory he was happy. When he found out that he will soon one day own Willy Wonka’s factory he was overwhelmed, I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes a happy ending. I give this movie a 7/10

I think that this is great family movie, I really loved it! its fun and really unusual but its a really great story I love how they took the idea from the original movie and put a modern twist on it, I really love the story line of this and watching the movie because it can’t happen in real life but it looks so real I also really like all the characters they are all so different and have their own personalities I would definitely recommend this movie and give it 5 out of 5 stars 🙂

It is a movie very different from others and is very quirky. I would rate this movie a 9/10 and recommend for people 8+

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is one of my all time favourite movies. It is a wonderful movie for the whole family to watch. My favourite character was Willy Wonka because he was funny and entertaining. My least favourite character was Veruca Salt because she was a spoilt brat and wanted everything. What I liked about the movie were the songs, how similar it was to the book it was based on and the different scenes. I recommend this movie for all ages because it is a an old classic that everyone can enjoy.

this is a great family movie! i love how everyone buys heaps of chocolate to find only 5 golden tickets. the kids who found them were very lucky ! this is an amazing family movie. its a tragedy a few weeks ages willy wonka had passed away sadly but at least he left us good memories and funny things to laugh at. i would give this movie a 9.5/10

I want a golden ticket after watching this movie! the characters are so realistic, they have great personalities and are very likeable. I love this movie because it has a great story line and never gets old or boring. Charlie and the chocolate factory is mouth watering and makes me hungry! I was very sad to see Gene Wilder pass away. He was a favourite to watch and a classic actor. I find that in the newer movie Johnny Depp is a little scary but i still love the characters! I have always wanted to go to the chocolate factory in the movie. Charlie is so encouraging and kind, he is my favourite character. I would rate this movie 11/10, its is one of my favourite movie of all times! This movie is defiantly one to watch if your a sweet tooth!

I love Charlie and the chocolate factory and I think it is a great family movie, especially the new one and it even has a hidden moral, when Charlie was asked to come to the factory and leave his family forever we had to refuse because family is more important to him than fame and riches even in his circumstance, he then taught Wonka that too telling him to visit his father and when he got there he saw how his father was so proud of him. I love the characters especially Augustus gloop. Overall this movie is great for a Friday night.

I loved this movie. It was all about Charlie and his grandfather and their relationship between the both of them. If Charlie had a choice of who to do something with he would choose his grandfather as that was who he spent the most tim with. Charlie and his grandparents carer had a good relationship but not as good as him and his grandfather. His grandfather was chosen by Charlie to go to the Wonka Factory. Charlie found money in the drain, and went to go and buy a chocolate bar from the factory not knowing that there was only one GOLDEN ticket left. So he decided to open it along the streets of people who were desperate to find the last golden ticket. I believe that Charlie is well deserved to get the last GOLDEN ticket because of what he does toward his family as the only child and no parent only a cared and four grandparent. I think that this movie is aimed at all people over the age of ten. I rate this movie a 8 out of 10 because I love the meaning and the message in this movie.

Charlie and the chocolate factory, is a great movie thats great for the family! It teaches us to value the little things in life, and be grateful of all the great adventures that lie ahead of us. The story is a hilarious, yet simply intriguing movie that catches the eyes of many young children, with an ‘eye of candy’ I recommend this movie to mainly younger kids however is a great movie to watch with the family! I give this movie a 9/10.

‘Charlie and the Chocolate factory’ is a fun and mouth watering movie, full of adventure and magic! The film is about a boy Charlie who finds himself winning a golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory! He and four other winners, who are brats, take the adventure through Wonka’s factory, visiting all the machinery and candy makers. Only one of the children will pass Wonka’s test, to see who will take over the factory for him! Charlie and Grandpa Joe see things they’ve never seen before, with surprises around every candy tree, what will come of them?
I recommend this movie as one to watch with the whole family, and especially if you are a sweet tooth! I rate this movie 6/10.

I really enjoy watching this movie as it is an old classic!
It is full of magic and excitement. I really love the factory because once you enter, you struggle to come out.
I love the characters in this book. The storyline is a bit unusual but it is very creative.
My favourite characters are the Oompa-Loompa’s. They are so funny when they sing very random songs especially when somebody gets hurt.
I recommend this movie or book to anyone because it is a really god family movie.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a great movie for everyone all ages and great for family movie nights! It’s creative, hilarious and imaginable, I loved watching it so much. It was like all my dreams coming true, chocolate waterfalls, everlasting gobstoppers, and edible everything! My favourite character is Willy Wonka, who was played by Johnny Depp, he full filled the role perfectly, living out all the characteristics of the original Willy Wonka, unique, odd personality.

The movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” is about a young boy named Charlie who has a live changing experience.
It stars Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka, Freddi Highmore as Charlie and much more. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory also has an amazing storyline which everyone loves. The original “Charlie and the Chocolate factory” was made in 1964 and the remake of the film was made in September 2005.
My favourite part of this film is when Charlie finds a ten dollar not stuck in the snow out on the frosty and freezing cold wintery streets. Charlie then buys a chocolate bar which will transform his life. My favourite character is Willy Wonka, the owner of an amazing chocolate factory.
This movie is great for the whole family and I would highly recommend this film to anyone who loves movies filled with creativity and imagination. I would rate this film a 9.5/10.

This movie is hilarious. I love the chocolate factory, it has to be a dream. If I was in that factory, I would definitely act like all those terrible kids that Charlie isn’t like.
Especially that kid that got sucked up by the chocolate sucker, and he got stuck. Eghh! So me. I would probably like everything!
Anyway, loved the movie and liked it’s values and morals. I have to watch it again sometime.

I lovvvvvvvve this movie, it is a childhood favourite that i will always watch and never forget. I love chocolate and this movie is full of it. My favourite part is when they are in the chocolate river and the little chubby people are singing. My favourite character is willy wonka because he is the owner so he could eat all the chocolate he wanted!! and he is great how he shared he’s work and give kids the chance to see how its made. I would rate this a 10/10

This is one of my all time favourite movies. I love how each individual character has a different personality and everyone is on totally different ends of the spectrum. Charlie and the Chocolate factory is a fun movie for the whole family to watch and I would recommend it for every Friday movie night with the family. I really enjoy watching this movie and have seen it like 5 times. I would rate this movie a 8/10 and would recommend it for all families at any age.

This movie has a great meaning to it. I lot of this movie tells a story that everyone in the world is lucky no matter how famous or wealthy you are. My favourite part of this movie would have to be when Charlie finds a note of the ground and picks it up and goes to the news agency and when he opens it he find one of the special golden tickets inside. I have also wanted this moment to happen to me but it hasn’t happened yet unfortunately. I would recommend this movie to people that love candy and chocolate also to people that like a movie that shows and great message. I rate this movie a 10/10.

Charlie and the chocolate factory is a fun movie for the whole family, i loved this movie and i thought that it was funny and the plot and storyline was really good. my favourite part of the movie was when Charlie was the only kid left, i like this part because he was the only one who wasn’t rich, want up himself and he wasn’t rude, this showed that the person who has the best clothes, has the most money dosent always win:) i would defiantly recommend that everyone to watch this movie with the family for a movie night 😉

When i watched this movie I, really enjoyed it. It is funny and is a quirky and strange movie. Then when I watched this again when I was about 11, and I was a little bit grossed out, at all the chocolate and violet how she grew so big. This movie includes comedy, belief and trust, I think this is a quite cute and kind movie. I would rate this 7/10.

I really enjoy this movie. I have seen it about 5 times and I know most of the lines. I recommend this movie for the whole family as it’s funny and really interesting. Personally I would love to have my own chocolate factory. My favourite Character is Charlie because he is such a nice boy unlike the other children who won the golden tickets. This is one of my favourite movies ever. I am always so jealous though when they get to go to his “garden” i guess and they can eat everything! This movie is very funny and one of my favourite parts is at the end when Mr. Wonka gets angry but turns back nice when Charlie gives him back his lolly. I definitely fate this movie a 10/10 because its a great movie for all ages.

Everyone knows and loves this story but Tim Burton has given us more reasons to love it. Charlie Bucket lives with his poor family in an old rundown house. Down the road is the biggest Chocolate factory 10x bigger than any other one. This factory was owned by the one and only Willy Wonka played by the ever so brilliant Johnny Depp. After shutting down his factory because of spies, Willy Wonka decided to put 5 golden tickets in to 5 candy bars. The 5 children got were lucky enough to get a golden ticket were allowed to spend one whole day in the chocolate factory with Willy Wonka. 1 child would leave the chocolate factory with a huge prize that no amount of money could by. Will Charlie bucket get a golden ticket. Will he win the prize. If you have loved the first movie than you are absolutely going to adore this one. A great movie for the entire family that will leave you in fits of laughter.

I love this movie because it is one of those movies you can sit down and watch with the family. The movie is a remake of the original movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” made around 1964. I love this movie because Johnny Depp plays Willy amazingly and I like how the movie used different objects to the first movie. For example, in the original there were geese and in the new one there was squirrels. Willy Wonka is a chocolate maker and made all his workers leave and everyone thought that he was finished. Than one day an opportunity rises, where anyone in the world can receive a golden ticket to come and venture the factory. I recommend this for the whole family to watch! I rate this movie 9/10. 🙂

This is by far the greatest adult movie of all time. It’s both engaging, enjoyable and educational. It has taught me not to be greedy and to put others before myself just like Charlie did. He was respectful and in the end it did him the world of good as he won! Johnny Depp does an amazing job in this movie and really portrays this character extremely well. I would rate this a solid 10/10. It’s absolutely brilliant and I’d recommend this to any age group.

I really like the movie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! It is about an amazingly large chocolate factory that is owned by a man called Willy Wonka. 5 children are lucky enough to have gotten a ticket to go and see inside the chocolate factory. I believe this movie has a great message about not being greedy and putting others before yourself because you never know what might happen in the end. This movie is great for the whole family to sit down and watch. I rate this movie a 7/10.

Willy Wonka is a chocolate maker and made all his workers leave. Everyone thought that he was finished. But one day an opportunity rises, anyone in the world can receive a golden ticket to come and venture the factory. Charlie love chocolate bars but only gets 1 every year. As the tickets are been found 1 by 1 Charlie starts to have no hope. (Charlie really wants a ticket, so he can change his poor families situation. One day Charlie finds a penny in the snow and goes and buys a chocolate bar. could it be Charlie’s Lucky day, watch it! you’ll be shocked and will love it!!

Its all about a massive chocolate factory that produces magical lollies and chocolates that give away limited golden tickets that give you the opportunity to go and see this chocolate factory!! My favourite character is Charlie because he is very selfless is only her for a good time!! I would recommend this movie as a must watch for the whole family of all ages!! This is a classic movie that has been made and I think that it is really funny, it stars Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka. It is about a family who are so poor that they can only afford a small house that is run down and has a whole in the roof. Charlie (Freddie Highmore) is informed by the T.V that Willy Wonka has put 5 golden tickets in 5 of his chocolates and whoever found them would get to go to the factory and have a tour with Willy. Charlie gets one of Willy’s chocolates each year for his birthday and he does not get the golden ticket at first, but when he finds ten dollars on the ground in the street he buys one and finds the golden ticket and is offered lots of money for it, but he refuses. He goes into the factory with the 4 other kids and he ends up to be the last kid who hasn’t caused trouble so he was given the factory by Willy Wonka and now charlie lives in the factory with his family. This is a great family movie and I would recommend it to all audiences. I would rate this movie a 9/10, so please go and watch it if you haven’t.

I really love the movie Charlie and the chocolate factory and to be honest I wish I was a part of the cast because I love lollies and chocolate! It has a great storyline and is great for all ages. My favourite character is charlie because he is not greedy like all the other kids in this book and he is very selfless. I rate this book an 7/10 and it is a great family film!

I really enjoyed Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it has a good storyline and it made me really hungry. The movie is about WIlly Wonka who owns the Chocolate Factory and he makes 5 golden tickets and puts them in his chocolate bars. The 5 people who get the golden ticket get to go inside his factory. It’s such a good movie and is funny at times. My favourite character would have to be Charlie as he is so caring,kind and generous towards others. I would rate this movie a 8.5 out of ten because it is really creative and clever. It also is just a really great film. I would recommend this movie to all ages as it is a great family movie, however some little kids may not understand the story. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes family movies and wants to see a good film. I love to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory it’s one of my favourite childhood movies!!

Such a wonderful adaptation of a Roald Dahl classic, though not nearly as good as the original from 1971.
Tim Burton’s delicious whimsicality truly shows through visually, not only through all the different sets, but the appearance of each character. The five lucky Golden Ticket winners all seem to have jumped out from within the pages of the book.
I recommend this movie to anyone who is a fan of the original story, or indeed any of Roald Dahl’s books.

What a movie!!!! It brings you a felling of happiness to see so much lollies and chocolate. It has a fantastic story line that you could watch over and over again! I absolutely love Charlie Bucket who is so sweet and the kindest little boy I have ever seen. He brings you so much joy to your day! This is a great family movie that I believe it is rated an 8 out of 10! Hope you enjoy this unforgettable movie.

This is a movie I could watch over and over again. This wonderful movie directed by Tim Burton, is a movie like no other! I love the movie because Charlie Bucket (Freddie Highmore) the young boy, lives in a tiny, old house with his for Grandparents & his Mum & Dad. He isn’t rich & and doesn’t have the best things, but he always looks at the good things in life. He never complains no matter how to ugh it gets! He is feeling down until something amazing happens to him!! From then on his life changes! Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a great movie for anyone, from young to old, to families & to friends. This movie is very creative as it has lots of detail put into it. My favourite character is Willy Wonka. Willy Wonka is a very kind man who changes Charlie’s life. I give this funny movie a 9 out of 10 🙂

This movie is such a great one, it has has amazing graphics and a good stroyline. It must have take years to create the set for the latest movie by Tim Burton. It is an inspirational movie because the little boy Charlie loves his family so much. he even gives up a lifetime supply of chocolate for them 😉 I love this movie and have seen it so many times, but I think it will never get old.

The effort that must of been put in to make the set and the chocolate factory is amazing, and is one of the things that makes this movie great. I love this movie sooooo much its crazy movie full of fun and adventure. Charlie is a young boy who lives with his four grandparents and 2 parents in a tiny cold cottage. Charlie and the chocolate factory would have to be one of my favourite movies! During this movie it has so much emotion and exciting parts during this movie. Each of the charters have different personalities. My favourite part of this movie would have to be at the end where charlie is the only one standing and he gets to have the chocolate factory. I recommend charlie and the chocolate for all ages and is a great family movie!

I absolutely loved Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! In this movie and book you meet a guy named Charlie and he wins a golden ticket to go to a very well known chocolate factory and meets some very different and unique people along the way. Also, Charlie’s Family is poor and lives with his family and his Grandma’s and Grandpa’s in a very crammed house which makes this story even more special. I love how the book and the movie is absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed this movie and It’s also very funny. I give this movie an 8/10!

This may as well be my favourite movie of all time. It is actually the best movie in my opinion. My favourite part of the movie was all the times that that the Umpa Loompas sang songs because they were very entertaining and brought more humour to the movie. My favourite character would have to be Willy Wonka, because he grew up to be who he wanted to be, not listening to what his father said. If wouldn’t change anything in the movie because it would just not be the same, and its perfectly amazing the way it is. I recommend this movie to everyone and anyone, because it is great for the whole family to watch together. I give it a 10/10.

This movie makes me hungry for chocolate. There is a lot of effort and creativity gone into making all of the chocolate scenes. My favourite character is Charlie because he is really cute. I would recommend this movie/book to any age, because Im sure everyone loves chocolate! but i recommend you eat some chocolate while watching it! I would rate it 7/10

this movie was very chocolatey and a little bit scary at times. i love how much effort and creativity has gone into making the chocolate factory as awesome as it is in the movie. it has a very good story line about Willy Wonka and Charlie. i would strongly recommend this to people with big imaginations and i score it 7/10 🙂 🙂

I really enjoyed charlie and the chocolate factory movie. It made mw want a lot of chocolate. When I watch the movie I feel like i am a magic chocolate land.
I recommend this movie to people who have a very big imagination and love chocolate and adventure.
I would rate this movie a 9 out of 10 chocolate bars yum yum

I really enjoyed this movie, it makes me hungry watching it. 😀 It is full of magical surprises and stories to tell. I loved Johnny Depp’s character Willy Wonka, he was wonderful. I think that this movie tells a story about magical things and how we would all love to go to a chocolate factory. It also tells that even though Charlie is extremely poor, he would rather stay with his family. I love this movie and I think everyone would too. 8/10 😀

I love this movie because it is great for the whole family to watch together. The movie is a remake of the original movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” which was in made in 1964. I love this movie because Johnny Depp plays Willy really well. I also like how the movie used different things to the first movie. For example, in the original there were geese and in the new one there was squirrels. I rate this movie 8/10 because and recommend this for the whole family to watch! 🙂

I love Charlie and the Chocolate factory because it is funny but also has a great storyline. My favourite part of the movie is when all the contestants are in the huge room filled with chocolate because I would love to have that happen to me! My favourite character is Willy Wonka because he is funny and a bit quirky. I would recommend this movie to anyone because its funny and just great!

The movie I am reviewing is Willy Wonka (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).
It was really funny and it stars Johnny Depp and it is such a good movie. I watched it over the weekend and took it back on monday and i went to get it for my brother on tuesday morning and it was gone, so if you want this movie it is really good so get in quick if you want it! 😉
