This book brings back a lot of childhood memories, reading this catchy story was very entertaining for me when I was little. although its short and doesn’t have many words it really good for beginners to read. the illustrations and story line that the author has used improve the book immensely and make it a lot more exciting and fun to read. I love how each sheep is a different colour which shows different and unique personalities, once again this makes the book more exciting. overall I would suggest this book to younger children around the age of 5, I rate it a 6/10.

As a young child, ‘Where is the Green Sheep?’ was one of my favourite books. I think it is a very good book for younger children beginning to be introduced to listening skills and keeping their minds active and wondering. Everytime I read this book, it always kept me wondering ‘Where is the Green Sheep?’. The bright and colourful illustrations are attractive to younger children and children get to see all the different types of sheep and what they get up to. I would recommend this book to younger children, but it is still a good book for anyone to read! A 10/10 definitely.

It’s colourful, entertaining and so simple, as the narrator pulls the audience in the adventure of finding out where the green sheep is. The book follows many different coloured and shaped sheep until the green sheep is finally found. I would recommend this book to all children or anyone who loves picture books as the illustrations are just as good, or even better, than the story itself !

I recommend this book to kids aged 0-7or8 boys and girls because it’s not a girly book and it’s not a boyish book either. It’s also aimed at little kids so that’s why I recommend it to 0-8 year olds. I give this book 3/5 because overall, it was still a pretty good book!

I remember reading this book in Primary School. During Book Week in Grade 1, our class had to dress up in all the colours of the rainbow and we sort of re-enacted the story. I used to borrow it during Quiet Reading and stare for ages at the multicoloured sheep.
Seriously, those illustrations are nicely done. And it was really engaging for me when I was 7. Good book, brings back memories.
