The blog for books and movies

A Valentine’s Day dance at Greg’s middle school has turned his world upside down. As Greg scrambles to find a date, he’s worried he’ll be left out in the cold on the big night. His best friend, Rowley, doesn’t have any prospects either, but that’s a small consolation.

An unexpected twist gives Greg a partner for the dance and leaves Rowley the odd man out. But a lot can happen in one night, and in the end, you never know who’s going to be lucky in love.

  1. such a great, fun book full of excitements. once again about a young boy named greg hefley and his best friend rowly jefferson. they two are up to mischief but also trying to find dates to the school dance. such an easy, but funny read and i definitely recommend this book to 9 + years and up. 9/10 !!!

  2. I love the whole Diary of a wimpy kid series but my favourite is The third wheel even though its not the newest. I find this book very funny! Its Valentines day and Greg Heffly needs to find a girl to go to his Valentines day dance but he took too much time to choose who he wanted to go with and most of the girls he wanted to ask have already been asked! His best friend Rowly Jennings has done the same, they need to finds dates quick, but then Greg gets a partner and so Rowly tags along. At the end of the night who’s going to be in love? At the end of the night who’s going to be in love? I recommend any one who wants an easy yet humorous read. Any one aged 7-13 will love it and i give this book a 9/10.
