  4. Milk and honey is a truly inspirational book, filled with not only heartbreaking poems but strong messages that are aimed especially at teen girls battling insecurities and heartache, an amazing support for anyone going through a tough time. Although this book has beautiful poems, some suitable for all ages, others deal with some issues such as sexual abuse that should only be looked by more mature and older girls, so I would probably recommend it to girls 14 and older. I absolutely loved every single poem in this book and would recommend it to all my friends and I can’t wait to get my hands on the second book Rupi has made, and enjoy those poems too. I would rate this book 10/10.
