  1. Brave is a Disney Princess movie that is very under-rated and not as popular as it should really be. The movie follows the adventure of a Princess named Merida, which if you haven’t seen the movie is the Disney Princess with the red curly hair. She is one of the only tomboys out of the Disney Princesses and her personality is what makes the movie so unique. When Merida receives a bow for an early birthday, she quickly learns to become the best archer in all of the kingdom. She wants to carve her own path in life, and when her Mother doesn’t accept that she tries her hardest to change it, which involves some sketchy magic and chaos. Merida must fix what she has done before it is too late. This is a very good movie, and I would rate it a 8.5/10 for any audience, although for younger children it can be slightly scary at times.

  2. ‘Brave’ is an amazing movie and Merida is an amazing protagonist. Merida is the only disney princess with no love interest (unless you count Elsa) and her ife is changed the day she receives an early birthday gift. She receives a bow but in an attempt to change her mother’s mind accidently purchases a potion that turns her mother into a bear. Merida and ‘mumma bear’ go on a wild journey to try and turn her mother back to her former elf before dawn. The movie is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone 10+

  3. I love brave I think it is a great movie and have thought that for quite a while. Even though it is animated it is funny and an enjoyable movie for the whole family, my favourite movie of all time. The main character is fighting for her mother and her own destiny. I love this book and recommend it for any age.

I really love the concept of brave as it is one of the few movies the princess doesn’t require a man to save her and as you can see when you watch the film. Merida can do perfectly fine on her own as she can work wonders with a bow and arrow. The movie is based around and old Scottish legend and the movie tells the story about how Merida and her mother overcome this. It is a crazy rollercoaster that I recommend for anyone that enjoys action movies or is just looking for a thrill. I would give this movie a 7/10 it is full of adventure but has a beautiful story as well.

Brave is such an inspirational movie! It follows a princess named Merida, who, well, isn’t much of a princess. She’s loud, puts weapons on the dinner table, and has remarkable talent for archery, every since getting a bow as a birthday gift, and practising for all her life ever since. The exact opposite of what her mother wants her to be. Finally, Merida cracks when her mother announces she is holding a competition for the three eldest sons of the three other tribe’s leaders to see who wins Merida’s hand in marriage. Merida sets out to make a change, however, she soon finds things won’t always go her way.. Brave has fantastic imagery, hilarious and likeable characters, and a brilliant storyline about choosing your own fate, and being who you want to be. I recommend for anyone who wants a thrilling tale that will keep in enthralled until the credits roll. Although there are scary scenes, Brave is a film that is really for anyone over the age of 10, and anyone looking for a great Pixar classic.

Brave is one of the limited disney movies that doesn’t have the princess fall in love as soon as she meets a boy and doesn’t rely on a man to save her. Merida is vey independent and wants to find her own way in the world, but her decisions were not the best. She soon uses a curse that turns her world upside down and it’s up to her to fix it. I think this is a good movie but there are others that I would rather watch. 6/10. I would recommend to people 10+.

Merdia becomes to frustrated with her family and seeks help from others. She soon uses a curse but things don’t always go to plan. Merida them discrovers the true meaning of courage and what faimly really means. This movie is great but was not the best Disney movie that has been made. Therefore I rate this a 6/10.

‘Brave’ is one of my favourite movies! I love the princess Merida because she is a flame-haired Scottish tomboy whose life is changed by an early birthday gift of a bow, which quickly inspires her to become the best archer in the kingdom. Merida begs for a magic spell to change her mothers mind about a decision she made. Unintentionally, the spell turns her mother into a bear. Merida and her ‘Mother Bear’ go on a wild adventure to try and turn her mother back to her real-self before dawn. This movie is action packed and full of adventure and I highly recommend this beautiful film but only for 10+.
