The blog for books and movies

Feyre survived Amarantha’s clutches to return to the Spring Court—but at a steep cost. Though she now has the powers of the High Fae, her heart remains human, and it can’t forget the terrible deeds she performed to save Tamlin’s people.

Nor has Feyre forgotten her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court. As Feyre navigates its dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms—and she might be key to stopping it. But only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world cleaved in two.

  1. A COURT OF MIST AND FURY BY SARAH J. MAAS is high fantasy novel. It is the 2nd book of the ACOTAR series and by far better than the last book. It had all the great romance parts but also stayed true to its action packed self. The storyline is very unique and it was very well written just like all the other Sarah J. Maas books. What was lacking was that I felt all the characters were the same. They were all sarcastic and witty and the only contrast to that was Elain which is Feyre (the protagonist’s sister) and Tamlin. But the rest of it was amazing as it had all the parts that made the emotional side come out. The world building was so pure and I could just imagine exactly what was going on. The characters were described vividly and gave me so many feelings. My favourite character is Rhysand because he has so many layers and goes through this amazing character development. So does Feyre, as she finally accepts herself for who she has become. I recommend this to others who love fantasy and romance mixed together.
