We bought a zoo, is a fun, inspirational, heartwarming movie to watch. I adore the story of this movie and enjoy it every single time I watch it. We bought a zoo is a mixture of comedy, sadness and romance. If you like a movie that is funny but nearly makes you cry then you will love this movie. I rate this movie 8 out of 10 stars. I think this would be a great movie to watch with the family. You will love this inspiring true story it is a really great film!

We bought a zoo has the best characters with personalities that you want to have in every movie. As usual there is the main family that includes a father and his son and daughter. They begin the movie with them taking part in their everyday life style and you notice that even though some parts are nice others are odd. To be honest they really start the movie by knowing that they have to start fresh. Like said before, the characters are all extremely different however together they make the best team. I would highly recommend that anyone who likes animals and also the actors in the movie like Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson.

I saw We Bought A Zoo once on the tv, and instantly saw how much a warm, inspirational movie it is. The story follows a man and his two young kids who are struggling to accept and get over the death of their mother. Wanting a fresh start, this man looks to buy a new house. There’s only one problem – it’s not only a house, it’s a zoo. The man’s son is reluctant and first, but thanks to a nice girl who lives at the zoo, he sees that perhaps life isn’t so bad after all. The whole family learns that the zoo is family, and family stick together. Through ups and downs, drama and dead ends, the family find a way to open the zoo and bring joy to everyone. An inspirational story about never giving up and always seeing the bright side, We Bought A Zoo is wonderful movie for all ages, especially if you’re into animals! I definitely recommend it, and I personally think this is a great move!

The first time I watched ‘We Brought A Zoo’ was on TV. I remember thinking oh that doesn’t sound to exciting but i decided to watch it anyway. In the end I was so glad i watched it. It was one of the most light hearted movies I have seen.
I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a family movie together.

We Bought a Zoo was such a light hearted film that puts a smile on your face! It tells the story of a family who have sadly lost their mother. Their family has been shaken up by this loss and they have to make a few changes to their life style… They now live on a zoo! As a family unit, they grow and learn new things from each other and others around them (including the animals!). I would definitely recommend this movie for anyone wanting to see a great movie that just makes you feel good! 9/10!

I remember seeing this movie in the cinemas with my family when i was younger, it’s such a great movie for many audiences. It’s filled with great family fun, laughs, adventure, and romance. I absolutely love Matt Damon and he does not fail to disappoint in performance in We Bought A Zoo for sure. A true story of a British writer who saves a failing zoo while coming to terms with the life of a widow and as a single father and the young love between Dylan and Lily. A great film that I definitely recommend in a family movie night!

The movie has twists and turns which excites the viewer. The movie has such a feel story and a message about the importance of family. I would recommend this movie to everyone and would rate it an 8 out of 10.

This movie is one of my favourites, incorporating elements of sadness and triumph. I love the plot of the film, where a family who is mentally struggling with the loss of their mother embark on a journey where they make friends, and achieve success in a business sense. Clever concepts throughout the film such as the inspector, and the blocked driveway draws the audience to keep watching. Definitely recommend to people of all ages, 9/10!

This movie is not only sad as but is so funny. I loved every bit of it from start to finish. Rosie the daughter and family were looking for a house. They decided to buy the zoo. With help from staff the got the Zoo up and running again. But they need to pass the Zoo inspection an then they can open to the public. This is such a good movie MUST SEE IT!!!

The movie We Bought A Zoo is one of my all time favourites.
When I first saw the trailer of ‘We Bought A Zoo’ I thought that the movie would be amazing and sad. By the time I finally watched the movie it was much better than I would ever imagine. It was the first time I had ever cried over a movie.
The Movie shows so much emotions, you would be upset, happy and cry, yet you could also have a laugh too.
The movie is about a father named Benjamin who recently lost his wife which is the children’s mother to cancer. The family mourns over the sudden loss in their family.
To help the family start fresh they by a house which just so happens to also be a zoo.
The decision that was made, made the daughter Rosie Mee burst with joy where as the son Dylan Mee is not so happy. The zoo they bought was in need of a big renovation which Benjamin does with a lot of help from the zoo staff and the head zoo keeper, Kelly. The staff of the zoo must get the zoo back on track so they can re-open the zoo, but first they must pass a zoo inspection and then they can open to the public.
My favourite character in the movie is Rosie Mee who is played by Maggie Elizabeth. I love the part when Rosie says, “Your handsome more then the other dads, them don’t have hair, so thats good.”
I have watched this movie many times, it never seems to get old and always finds a way to make me have tears in my eyes by the end.

In hopes to start over Benjamin purchases a house that has a zoo.I remember watching it with all the grade 6s at camp last year. Matt Damon plays the role extremely well and his daughter is SO CUTE! I find this such a good movie! I rate it 8 out of 10. It’s good for ages 8 and up!

this movie is about a family who’s mum dies from cancer while the children are still quite young. This family is just mourning the loss of their mother. The father decide she wants a new start !! he wants a new house- new town – new school etc.
so one day the father and the daughter go out to look at houses
each house they went wasn’t what they wanted until they found one house in the country, this house to them was just what they had been looking for as all hopes went towards succouring this house the real-estate agent told them it was a zoo.They blight the zoo and were getting it ready for opening. They went through ups and downs through the worst – like nearly being in dept. And were trying to come to terms with their loss. This movie is so emotional and heart braking but at the same inspirational. This is a TRUE STORY about heart brake and hope. I rate this movie 10/ 10.
If you tend to cry during movies get a box of tissues.
If you have not seen this movie you must it is an inspirational journey and a real eye opener to be thankful for what you’ve got a be persistent and your dreams will come true !!

We bought a Zoo is a wonderful sweet movie. My favourite part in this movie would be when they got to re-open the zoo but I did get a scared when no one showed up but it all worked out at the end. I would recommend this movie to all ages it would suit anyones type of movie is they have a certain type. I rate this movie 9/10 because it got a lot of unique characteristics in this movie and is suited to anyone.

This is the cutest movie out! I love it so much! The story line that this movie has is amazing, it really is one that can make you stop and watch it. I would recommend it for smaller children but I loved it! I always imagined my life to be, I would of loved to have lived in a zoo. The director of this movie has one an amazing job and creating the film. I rate it a 8/10 🙂

I love the movie “We bought a zoo”. I love the story the mee family has and how they become so caring of the animals in their zoo/home. I love it when the zoo is able to get re open again! It is a really happy part in the movie. I love the character Dylan mer who in person goes by the name of Colin Ford. Especially in we bought a zoo, I can sometimes relate to what he is going through and what he is feeling. I think people who a real animal lovers would love this movie but even if you aren’t, it is still a great movie. It is one of my favourite all time movies !

THIS MOVIE IS FAULTLESS! I remember watching it with all the grade 6s at camp last year. Matt Damon plays the role extremely well and his daughter is SO CUTE! I love how Benjamin is so determined to fix the zoo and how he does it for the people who run it as well. Scarlett Johansson is great in it and I love the son’s drawing skills. It is also amazing how it is all based on a true story. I haven’t read the book even though it’s in my bookshelf but I hope to read it soon. I rate this movie a 10 out of 10. MARVELLOUS!

This is a cute happy and a feel good movie. This movie is one one a kind because not many movies involve people buying a zoo. This is a great movie that show you that if you work hard enough you can achieve anything. This movie is suited for any ages and will leave you feeling motivated, happy and ready to have a go and try new things. This is such a good movie. I give it a 7/10 so go out and watch it

We Bought a Zoo is a perfect example of this sort of motion picture. Based on a true story, this inspirational account describes a father intent on changing his and his family’s life for the better – even if it means moving into the middle of nowhere with only animals for company! With several laughs and a number of tears shed, this film is a delight for all families. I recommend this motion picture to anyone wanting a beautiful and heartwarming family movie.

The movie ‘We Bought a Zoo’ is a great movie, good for the whole family. It has something for everyone. It is full of emotion and feeling and is unforgettable.
My favourite character is definitely Rosey because she is always so bright and bubbly. She looks forward to everything and never gets down. She is the cutest little girl who is loved by everyone she meets.
I would recommend to watch this movie with your family as it is great for all ages. It would be an excellent movie to snuggle in and watch. It will make you laugh and it will make you cry but most of all it will make you fall in love with each and everyone of the characters.

This movie is classified as one of the favourites in my house. This movie is a mixture of feelings and that is probably one of the reasons why I love it so much. I love how it is based on a real life story and how they shaped a different life for themselves. My favourite character would have to be Rosey the little girl because she was always happy no matter what and she was always looking forward to what was going to happen next at the family zoo. I would recommend this movie for people that love a good old family movie.

We Brought A Zoo what a awesome movie. This movie is a really good one to watch even my mum loved it. It’s a movie for any family with comedy. When I saw the front cover I didn’t think it would be that good but you can’t judge a book by its cover! All the characters had a different personality but my favourite character was the little girl Rosey because she was so sweet and caring and loved who ever she was with and enjoyed everything that she did. I rate this movie a 9/10. Recommend it for 10+. Love it!!

The movie ‘We bought a Zoo’ has many different emotions like happy when the bought the zoo, sad when their mum died. My favourite character is Rosey because she was so cute. The amazing thing is that it was based on a real story. The movie is about this man called Benjamin Mee still upset about the death of his wife so he decided to move into a large house with a zoo in the back. The zoo staff that are their neighbours helped to renovate the zoo. The zoo opened in a later date but the entrance was blocked by the tree. Happily the community worked together and the zoo opened. The romance between Benjamin and kelly bloomed and Dylan and Lily start a relationship. I recommend this movie to everyone. I rate this a 9/10.

We bought a zoo. What a Movie!! I absolutely loved it. We bought a zoo made me feel lots of different emotions. At times it made me feel sad and upset, others really happy and it also had times where I started laughing! My favourite character in the movie was the little girl Rosie. She was so nice and friendly towards everyone even the animals. She never got sad or upset she just went with the flow. The fact that it is based on a true story is amazing. My favourite part of the movie was at the end when they all thought that no one was coming but then Dylan ran around the corner and there were so many people there blocked by a tree. I wouldn’t probably change anything that happened in the movie as I thought that it was fantastic! We brought a zoo brings back memories when I moved house. It was such a big change going from a big nice house to a small old house but then, we made it all nice and now I love it!! I recommend this movie for ages 8+. Great family movie I rate it 10/10!!

I thought this movie was really cute. Before I watched it, I didn’t expect to like it that much because I have ever really been into animal movies. But when I saw it, I realised that it wasn’t just about the animals, it was about this family wanting to start over. The characters showed many emotions in this film and there were times when I wanted to cry along with the people in the movie!
I loved this movie and I rate it a 10/10 for all ages.

We Bought A Zoo is the touching story about a father Benjamin Mee (Matt Damon) and two his children Rosie (Maggie Elizabeth Jones) and Dylan (Colin Ford), as they try to move on from the tragic death of their mother. The Mee family wanted to start fresh. A new school, a new house, a new place. They came across this house, which in Benjamin’s eyes, was ‘perfect’, but this was no ordinary home, it was in fact The Rosemoor Wildlife Park, which had been struggling to run. Dylan wasn’t all excited about the idea of living on a zoo, but the rest of his family looked at it as the start of a new adventure. A week after moving in, it seemed easy to run, they faced struggles, but that didn’t matter to Benjamin, because he willing to do what it takes to save the zoo, no matter how much money he spends, they were his new family, and a family will stick together till the end, no regrets. Altogether, they manage to update the zoo, passed the test, and were able to open it.
We bought a zoo is the most inspirational movie ever! It caught my attention from the beginning, till the end. I laughed, I cried, and I fell in love. This movie suits any age, and I would rate it 5/5 stars. The cast were amazing, and did a fantastic job. Cameron Crowe is an great director, and turned a book, into the most popular movie ever! I’ve seen this movie heaps of times, and I’ll NEVER regret it! We Bought A Zoo is so worth it!!

We bought a zoo is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen!!! It’s a mix of comedy, happiness, sadness and all other emotions. It is a fantastic movie about a family of three that moves to a zoo. The little girl is the cutest and funniest of them all and she is also smart but ever since her mother died the son has been an angry, upset child who breaks the rules and draws inappropriate things. He doesn’t want to move houses at all and soon gets expelled but when they get there, there is a girl who really likes him. Near the end, she leaves a message in the window and he realises that he actually likes her too and so he uses the 20 seconds of courage that his dad was telling him and his younger sister about. It is so beautiful because when they open the zoo, the boy saves the day! This is a sad but amazing movie. I recommend this movie for anyone and everyone. It is a must see movie, 10 out of 10!!! 🙂

When i saw this movie i really liked it because it was a true story and had a great story line. My favorote par of the movie was when they pened the zoo and thought nobody would come. the sadest part of the movie was when the lion got really sick and had to put it down. My favourite character is Rosie because she is so cute and loves her dad. the only thing i didn’t like and would change is when the lion got put down.
i would recommend family s watch it because its based on a family movie

I went to the movies i saw “We bought a zoo”. This movie really captured my attention and was a really good story line. We bought a zoo is a mixture of comedy,sad and romance. If you like a movie that is funny but nearly makes you cry then you will love this movie. This movie shows determination and the courage that we all have inside of is to accomplish things. I rate this movie 4 out of 5 stars. This would be a movie that i think only 10 or 11 year olds up would understand. You will love this inspiring true story it is a really great film!

awwwww the cutest movie ever made! Me and Romy were the only ones out of our friends who wanted to see it, I think the others thought it was a bit babyish, but thy missed out on so much. the little girl is gorgeous!! this movie is for all ages. It is about a family who buys our house which was once a local zoo! they soon rebuild the zoo so the locals and vistiors can explore. Although I am not a fan of animals and animal movies this movie is the best!

We Brought A Zoo is such a cute movie because it has a mixture of emotions in it .The movie was about a family who moves to a zoo that was left as a dump. The daughter was so cute and was very smart for her age but the son was misrible and angry ever since his mother had past away. He was a rule breaker who draw disterbing images. He gets expelled and when he arrives at the zoo he intently hates it, but there was this girl was there an she really likes him and towards the end he ends up going out with her. At the end they boy ends up falling in love with the zoo and saves the day by finding out that a tree had fallen down so he helps all the costumers into the zoo!! this movie was such a good movie and i loved it!!!!!

Throughout out this movie I had mixed emotions such as sadness, cheerfulness and shamefulness. my favorite and least favorite parts in we bought a zoo would have to be the reopening of the zoo (favorite)
least favorite: at the start when the dad had to go to the school because of what dylan was doing.
I would never change any thing about this movie because what happens in it shapes it all. maybe one thing that i would change would be to make the ending longer!!!

I saw an add on TV for “We Bought A Zoo” and i knew that i would have to see it! It is based on an incredible and inspiring TRUE story. It is about two young kids and there dad and they are looking for a new house to live in and the one that they decide is right for them is the one with a zoo in the back yard!! It is a mixed amotions movie were there are some very happy, funny, nervraking and sad parts. I love this movie very much because of the actors too. Scarlett Johansen plays the lady in it and she is a very good actor as well as the daughter Rosy. She is so cute and adorable. This is a must see movie for every one that hasn’t seen it yet! I would rate it a 9 and a 1/2 out of 10 🙂
