He’ll try to get your tongue in trouble.” Dr. Seuss gives fair warning to anyone brave enough to read along with the Fox in Socks, who likes to play tongue-twisting games with his friend Mr. Knox. “Here’s an easy game to play. Here’s an easy thing to say…. New socks. Two socks. Whose socks? Sue’s socks.” But Mr. Fox Socks isn’t about to let Knox off so easy. Soon Goo-Goose is choosing to chew chewy gluey blue goo, while tweetle beetles battle with paddles in a puddle (in case you were wondering, that’s called a “tweetle beetle puddle paddle battle”). Mr. Knox gets exasperated: “I can’t blab such blibber blubber! My tongue isn’t made of rubber.” But he catches on to the game before it’s all through.

This book is a simple, yet cute child’s book and Dr Seuss is able to put words together that rhyme and at the same time teach children new and exciting words. My Pa used to read me this book when I was little and I used to love it! I used to laugh at all the funny rhymes and think how clever Dr Seuss was to even be able to think of many words he could. This book holds significant memories for me when I was growing up and to this day, I still own a copy of the famous book. I would recommend this book for children under the age of 10 because it is a book for younger children and one I think many children for years to come will enjoy reading as much as I did when I was younger.

Fox in socks is a great children’s book. When I was younger, it was definite favourite and I remember always reading it! The writing is a bit confusing at times but it’s sometimes understandable. I give this book an 8/10

i think that it is a really good children’s book. Dr. Suess is a great writer and his books are so funny, especially the fox in socks. The books of his are very bright and colourful type of books and the pictures are very clear to understand, the writing is sometimes understandable. This story is very easy for kids to read and understand about what’s the book about. I would say the book is good for kids between 4 up to 8, but older people might still enjoy it.

This is a really good children’s book. Dr. Suess is really an amazing author and has written lots of fantastic books for children. It is a bright colourful book full of wonderful illustrations and a really fun and silly storyline. Its a bit of a tough twister but thats the fun of it I would give it a 5/5 and recommend it to any one for a child or kid.

Dr. Suess book Fox in Sox it is a really good picture story book and a great children’s book and they are very funny and they are tongue twister. There is a lots of great rhymes in this book I rate this book 10/10 because it is such a fun read and I think anyone will enjoy it 🙂

This book is a really fun and funny tongue twister. It has got to be the best children book, it helped me to read a bit better because of all of the tongue twisters. It has all this weird things in it like the animals and it is good for your imagination. The author has great talent to come up with all these different storys and poems. I rate this book a 10/10.

I still think now that doctor Suess is one of the best children authors around, and he definitely showed this in fox in sox the illustrations are brilliant especially for kids who are learning to read and by making the words rhyming really makes it fun to read. I had most of hid books as a child but I have passed them down to my nephew who now adores them and loves looking at the pictures. 9/10 great

Dr Seuss books are tongue twisters and I love them all they are all picture story books and I would recommend it to all ages not just the smaller kids I even read them he is a great poet and a great rhymer he is amazing at what he does and I think in 10 years time I will still be reading them.

This book is very cute and is a great children’s book. It is very funny to read and is very funny. Like any doctor sues book its bit silly but it has lots of great rhymes and is great to help kids learn. He is a great poet and this book is great! i would recomend it for people of all ages especially if you like other Dr. Sues books. 🙂

Dr. Suess is an amazing author. He has an amazing imagination and uses it to write great books for children and adults. These books not only have great context but funny pictures. Dr. Suess has written many books such as green eggs and ham, and hop in pop, but I would have to say that fox in sox is one of the best.

I recommend the book Fox in Socks, by Dr. Seuss. This book is such a funny book and the illustrations add to fun of reading it. It’s full of tongue twisters that really make you think when you are reading it. I learnt that it’s best to start slowly if you are reading the book out loud. It’s a great book to read out loud to little kids because they will enjoy it. The tongue twisters are all different but are joined together with a little “game” from the fox. I rate this book 5/5 because it is such a fun read and I think anyone will enjoy it!
