  1. ‘The Daughters’ by Joanna Philbin was a nice, fun and light to read. The story is based around three famous people and their daughters. Carina the dare devil, Hudson gentle and Lizzie character is in between the girls. I really did like this book I thought it had a fantastic story line with some very surprising events. My favourite part would have to be either when Lizzie the main character and Todd the guy she likes ends up getting together or when she is doing the shoot for Martin Malloy the most famous Fashion Designer and she walked out on him. These are my favourite parts because they are both magical, special, courageous and show great strength. My favourite character was Lizzie because she is shy but has courage and speaks from her heart. I couldn’t relate to any of the other characters but at times I felt as though I knew how Lizzie felt, the author was really good with detail building the storyline. There were no faults in this book at all, there would be nothing I would change a part from it lasting longer, I just wanted to keep reading and reading this book I would defiantly recommend this book to anyone who likes fashion, drama and romance it has everything in it. I researched the author and discovered she has written three more books in this series, I can’t wait to read them.
